Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

SHIPPING POLICY, CARRIER AND BACK ORDERS

All credit card orders will be shipped within 48 hours Monday to Friday 8 am – 5 pm, cheque orders will be shipped when the cheque has cleared, postal order orders will be shipped on receipt.

All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail. Shipping in the UK is included in the purchase price.
We do not ship outside the UK.

If an item is not available we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
